  9. further information relative to the use of Radio Amateurs in and on behalf of
  10. their local government .
  11. With exception to questions relative to the Bulletins and such materials as
  12. this which emanate from OES Sacramento, access to State OES should flow from
  13. Cities to Counties, to Regions to OES. Each Region (and jurisdiction therein)
  14. has its own unique characteristics. The Region Communication Coordinator is
  15. assigned to assist in that task and is more familiar with the situation than
  16. OES Sacramento.

  18. Radio Amateurs interested in RACES (or equivalent) programs should contact the
  19. Emergency Management or similar office in their respective City or County. In
  20. cases where no local program exists, contact should be made with the Region
  21. office or Region Radio Officer concerning Region level activities.
